In Sorano, Mara Funghi organizes and runs 10 days workshops , teaching both the ancient handbuilding pottery techniques and the various firing techniques (RAKU, Naked Raku, Bucchero, Saggar and Obvara). Sorano is one of the most charming places in Alta Maremma, rich in archeology, located near the seaside (Capalbio, Monte Argentario), the Lake of Bolsena and the Thermae of Saturnia and also well connected to the Medieval villages of Sorano and Sovana.
